Ms. Yoshida has extensive experience in a broad range of international and domestic licensing and commercial transactions in pharmaceuticals and fine chemicals while working in a pharmaceutical company in the Takeda Group in Japan and in a prominent trading company specializing in chemicals and pharmaceuticals, Nagase & Co., Ltd., and Nagase (Europa) GmbH, as a licensing, corporate development, and sales and marketing manager. While in 3M Health Care, Ltd. in Japan, she was responsible for pharmaceutical and medical device domestic registration, pharmaceutical licensing, professional services, and laboratory work.
