Practice Areas
Bryan practices general Intellectual Property Law with an emphasis on patents. Particularly, he focuses on matters involving patent procurement, infringement investigation, and patentability study. Bryan has several years of patent prosecution experience in a variety of technologies including the biochemical, chemical, mechanical, and electrical mechanical arts. He represents both domestic and international clients in patent examination proceedings at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He also represents domestic clients in obtaining international patent protection in countries abroad. Bryan looks to provide sound client counseling, while assisting clients with patent portfolio management.
