Practice Areas
Ms. Voeller practices general intellectual property law with an emphasis on trademarks and copyrights. Her practice encompasses all phases of U.S. and international trademark portfolio management, including U.S. and international trademark prosecution, trademark searches, availability and registrability opinions, infringement opinions, acquisitions, licensing, and business strategies.
She also has an emphasis on enforcement of trademark rights, including client counseling, infringement analyses, cease and desist letters, negotiations, and opposition/cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
